Shipping policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times We offer standard shipping across the United States.

Standard shipping: 3-6 business days Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days (if applicable)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out to us if your order has not arrived within 10 business days.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

P.O. boxes We currently ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Delivery times to P.O. boxes may take slightly longer than standard residential deliveries.

International shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
